Lauren is an Associate in the Business Department at McDonald Hopkins and part of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions team. She has experience advising clients on private equity transactions, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, and reorganizations. Lauren also has experience counseling international clients and general corporate advising, including corporate governance and the rights and duties of directors, officers, and shareholders. Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, Lauren was an attorney in the Corporate & Securities Group at a large international law firm. She has represented businesses ranging from small privately held companies to large Fortune 500 corporations spanning many industries including banking, insurance, manufacturing, automotive, gaming, food and beverage, agribusiness, commercial real estate, and tech.
Lauren earned her JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she completed certificates in International Law and Tax Law. She earned a B.A. in English writing, with honors, from the University of Pittsburgh.
