Kenneth S. Rosenzweig
As an associate in the Business Counseling Department with a focus in the Startup and Venture Capital Practice Group, Kenny brings firsthand experience to his clients as an entrepreneur himself and founder of an innovative fitness concept.
Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, Kenny was a corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, one of the largest law firms in New York City, where he advised financial sponsors, portfolio companies, corporations and senior executives on a variety of legal matters. He developed a broad-based corporate practice encompassing all aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Kenny shifted to the business side in 2017 to found Rowgatta – for which he led a major fundraising effort, designed and built both digital and physical fitness products, developed an attractive brand, formed strategic partnerships, and provided in-house counsel for all legal matters. Kenny’s leadership as CEO enabled Rowgatta to generate over 5,000 unique customers to its flagship studio in NYC in less than six months.
Kenny’s accomplishments as an entrepreneur have been featured in various media publications and podcasts, including The Wall Street Journal, Men’s Journal, and NBC News.
Kenny earned his J.D. in 2014 from Fordham University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. He graduated with Distinction from the University of Michigan in 2010, with a B.A. in Economics and History.
