Overview
Jacob is an Associate in the Business Department at McDonald Hopkins. As part of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions team, his practice includes advising private equity funds and private companies in various types of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and lending matters.
Jacob has additional experience providing guidance on corporate law matters such as entity formation, corporate governance, and contractual arrangements, to a wide variety of clients, including government contractors and commercial businesses.
Jacob received his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts with the highest distinction from Indiana University, Bloomington.
