Donald is an Associate in the Litigation Department at McDonald Hopkins and part of the firm’s national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity team. His experience, primarily in the healthcare industry, includes advising clients on incident response, preparing breach notification letters to individuals and regulators, responding to investigations, defending claims and lawsuits arising out of data breaches, and drafting privacy policies and procedures. Additionally, Donald has experience in developing and fulfilling contract requirements, as well as educating and guiding clients through creating suitable contracts.

After obtaining his undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University, Donald earned his J.D. from Wayne State University School of Law.
