Overview

Adam is an Associate in the Business Department at McDonald Hopkins and part of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions group. His practice is focused advising clients in a variety of industries, including private equity funds, in complex transactional matters, such as domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, distressed acquisitions and dispositions, and other business transactions. His services include due diligence support, drafting and negotiating principal transaction documents and ancillary agreements, and general strategic advice.

Adam also assists clients with their general corporate needs, including with entity formation, corporate governance, equity offerings, and drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts, such as master services agreements, customer and vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and employment and contractor agreements. Adam serves as outside general counsel to a variety of clients, including clients with extensive international operations.

Adam earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School. He completed his bachelor’s degree in political science at the University of Michigan.
