McDonald Hopkins welcomes Neelraj Arjune to Business Department in Cleveland

CLEVELAND — Neelraj “Raj” Arjune has joined McDonald Hopkins LLC as an associate in the firm’s Cleveland office.

Arjune has experience in a wide range of legal areas including business and mergers and acquisitions, tax, litigation, healthcare, intellectual property, estate planning, real estate, cybersecurity, and business restructuring.. He previously served as a law clerk at McDonald Hopkins.

Arjune earned his his JD from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Science in psychology with a concentration in forensics and mental health from John Carroll University.

McDonald Hopkins' Todd Baumgartner will be presenting as part of a panel on "Ideas for Succession Planning" at this in person conference presented by MAGNET.

On January 1, 2024, the process of forming a business entity in the U.S. will substantially change when the Corporate Transparency Act goes into effect. The CTA is a U.S. law that requires reporting companies to disclose company information and certain beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
