TMA Ohio Chapter announces 2016 award winners

McDonald Hopkins attorneys Mike Kazcka and Scott Opincar were recently honored with the Turnaround of the Year award presented by the Ohio Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, for their efforts as debtors' counsel in the Chapter 11 cases of Wings of Medina Liquidating, LLC (Quaker Steak & Lube). 

Also honored for the transaction and turnaround were the creditors' committee representatives, Christopher Peer and John Polinko of WHP, the committee's financial advisor, Mark Kozel of BDO, and the debtors' financial professionals John Lane and Stuart Saddler, of Inglewood Associates.
