Supreme Court of Ohio hears case on whether schools can withhold public record information

Dave Movius, a member in our Cleveland office, argued before the Ohio Supreme Court on January 26, 2016, on behalf of School Choice Ohio. The case — School Choice Ohio, Inc. v. Cincinnati Public School District and Springfield City School District — relates to whether the Springfield City School District can withhold public record information on the basis that it is protected under the Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act.
