Menin Development secures loan of close to $30 million for Delray Beach project

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Menin Development has secured a $29,750,000 construction loan from City National Bank of Florida for a planned food hall project in Delray Beach, Fla.

McDonald Hopkins attorneys John Metzger and Jessica Lipshitz represented Menin Development in the loan, which closed on April 26, 2019. 

According to an article by Keith Larsen in The Real Deal, the Delray City Market will be a four-story,120,000-square-foot facility with 30,000 square feet dedicated to a food hall which will be home to 30 vendors on the ground floor. A brewery on the mezzanine level will include an indoor-outdoor beer garden. The project will also include a rooftop garden and a 200-space garage.
