McDonald Hopkins LLC is seeking an associate attorney to join its employee benefits practice. We are looking for a candidate with recent experience in the design, development and implementation of various retirement and welfare benefit plans with the ability to counsel clients on day-to-day plan administration.  The candidate must have excellent communications skills with the ability to prepare effective employee communications and to explain complex benefit issues. In addition, experience in the design and administration of ESOPs and ESOP transactions, including counseling on fiduciary issues, is also desirable.  This role presents an opportunity to learn and work along-side experienced employee benefits lawyers and gain increasing client responsibility as part of a dynamic employee benefits practice.  We are open to partner level candidates with business.

Candidates must be an attorney in good standing and have gained employee benefits experience working for a law firm, accounting firm, in-house, or in a consulting role.
